I am from Co.Clare and had been interested in search dogs for a number of years, so, when I got Zac in the summer of 2005, I contacted SARDA with a view to training him.

Apart from attending the national training weekends we train weekly in the Burren and sometimes meet to train with other SARDA members in County Galway. I am also a member of the Doolin Coast Guard Unit.

Caitriona and Zac qualified as a Novice Search Dog Team in Co.Wicklow in May 2008
